Roles & Responsibilities:
As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the office assistant handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:
      
  • Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours
  • Respond to any voicemails and messages from the answering service (if applicable)
  • Respond to inbound email correspondence, and forward on as appropriate
  • Greet customers and all other walk-ins
  • Screen incoming leads/potential customers
  • Schedule estimate appointments
  • Assist Estimators with follow-upson pending sales/ quotes by phone and email
  • Keeping office clean/tidy

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
  • All candidates must be able to pass initial background check and drug test
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)
  • Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
